Beauty is the entry point—familiar, fun and expressive. In our Labs, girls create their own products. We focus on products used everyday, while exploring color, texture, scent, and design.
This is where creativity meets confidence—where girls see that they’re not just consumers, they’re creators.
Behind every product is real science. Girls are introduced to the fundamentals of formulation—how ingredients interact, why textures change, and what makes a product effective.
Through hands-on experimentation, they begin to understand chemistry and engineering in a way that feels tangible and exciting.
Science becomes less about memorization—and more about discovery, problem-solving, and curiosity.
In our Labs, girls learn the foundations of building something real: naming a product, designing a brand, understanding cost, and thinking about who they’re creating for.
As they grow, this evolves into deeper concepts like pricing, market size, and revenue thinking—giving them an early lens into how businesses actually work.
They don’t just make products—they learn how to bring them to life.
Technology is the layer that connects everything. As girls progress through Her Lab Co., they’re introduced to how systems, tools, and automation is the lifeline of businesses today.
