Her Lab Co. Booking Policy We’re so excited to host your Lab experience! To ensure the best experience for every guest, please review our booking policy below: Booking & Payment Full Payment required to secure your date and time Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 7+ days in advance are eligible for a full refund Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours notice, subject to availability Guest Count Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours before the event Minimum and maximum guest requirements apply based on your selected Lab Additional guests may be accommodated based on availability and will be charged accordingly Arrival & Timing Please ensure guests arrive on time Events begin promptly and run for the scheduled duration Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience Safety & Supervision An adult must be present on-site for the duration of the event All materials are provided and designed to be safe and age-appropriate Allergies & Sensitivities Please notify us in advance of any allergies or skin sensitivities While we use high-quality, skin-safe ingredients, Her Lab Co. is not liable for allergic reactions Food & Beverage Policy Food & Drinks are not allowed at the lab station but may be brought in and set up near the event in an approved F&B location. This is optional (BYOB) and subject to availability of space and rules of Lab location.
